This Angel is pissed off. I'm Nurse Anne and I work on large general medical ward in the NHS. These are the wards with the most issues surrounding nursing care. The problems are mostly down to intentional understaffing by hospital chiefs that result in a lack of real nurses on the wards.

Protected meal times
Please check out my protected meal times blog below. The date on it says March. That might be when I started it but today I finished it.
Welcome back, a fantastic and as I remember an accurate account of meal times on a ward. Please ensure that Dr. Crippen gets a copy of this the next time he rants on about lack of nursing skills and of nurses. It is just so sad that nothing has changed over the years.
