This Angel is pissed off. I'm Nurse Anne and I work on large general medical ward in the NHS. These are the wards with the most issues surrounding nursing care. The problems are mostly down to intentional understaffing by hospital chiefs that result in a lack of real nurses on the wards.

How true. If only they would wake up and smell the coffee. My own trust will yet again have no jobs for newly qualified nurses or physios this summer. Junior doctor posts are also in a mess. Meanwhile I have friends who work in finance who are expecting to get a bonus this year that is twice my annual salary. We face more lies in the run up to the general election. All parties say the NHS is safe with them...bang up job so far boys (and girls). You are all as bad as each other.
