This Angel is pissed off. I'm Nurse Anne and I work on large general medical ward in the NHS. These are the wards with the most issues surrounding nursing care. The problems are mostly down to intentional understaffing by hospital chiefs that result in a lack of real nurses on the wards.

On a Break
As you may have noticed MMN is on a break at the moment. Sorry that I haven't updated in awhile. I should have more posts coming your way by summer.
I shall pick that apart in a post after I finish with Judith Potts latest.
I think we need to explain to these people the difference between good and bad nursing care. To the bad nursing care is when the nurse refuses to harm her sicker patients in order to roll out the red carpet and treat demanding unrealistic bitches as if they are her only patient.

They want to leave 2 RN's and 2 care assistants for a 30 bed ward and then get one to one care for each patient. Crazy.
Now that I am out of the NHS I can post the tales of things that happened without fear.
I can't wait to hear your stories. Our trust has made some "cuts" you wouldn't believe. I'm waiting for the shit to hit the fan.
